FOUNDER
My childhood was rich with diverse cultures and adventures, thanks to my Kiwi mother, English father, and nomadic Scandinavian grandparents. This upbringing sparked my passion for travel.
After studying preschool education, I worked as a PADI dive instructor on the Great Barrier Reef, before setting up a dive business in Fiji.
I was hooked! Travel was my bloodline, so back to Sydney in 1994 I started my journey in retail and corporate travel, before transitioning into luxury travel.
After 20 years working within the industry, I founded SALT almost 10 years ago, where I focus on first and business class travel, leveraging my expertise in crafting complex itineraries .
I tailor each trip to the unique preferences and needs of each client. I’m here to make your next journey truly rich and unforgettable

Transitioning from investment banking to teaching high school geography and now working at SALT has allowed me to embrace my true passion: exploring diverse landscapes, societies, and cultures around the globe.
How do my experiences in investment banking, teaching geography and working for a luxury travel advisor complement each other? I provide Salli with valuable insights into various destinations, highlighting their unique geographical features, cultural landscapes, climates, and historical significance.
My love for history influences my recommendations plus I bring a special enthusiasm for food and wine, making each journey not just a trip but a truly immersive experience.

Belinda Low
ADVISOR
My passion for travel started when backpacking around Europe after completing Uni. On returning to Australia I started working for a relatively small travel business – Flight Centre and progressed to managing successful stores in Castle Hill and Avalon before starting Low & James Travel Associates in 2002. It was here that Salli and I became work colleagues and friends and we’ve remained connected since!
2008 saw a move to The Grampians in country Victoria for my husband’s wine industry job with our 3 young boys. It was here that we started our wine business ‘Hentyfarm Wines’ which is still operating today.
Currently living on acreage on the Central Coast, I now have the pleasure working for Salli 3 days a week helping to create amazing itineraries for wonderful clients.

I was fortunate to spend most of my youth travelling around the world to unique destinations. Upon finishing school, I worked on Superyachts as an Officer for 7 years, visiting all 7 continents and covering 3 laps of the world.
With my knowledge of the world, I decided to move shoreside and pursue my passion in travel. I’m excited to share my knowledge of different destinations after experiencing them first hand, whether it be heli-skiing in Antarctica or diving in French Polynesia, cruising the inside passage or sipping an Aperol in Praiano.
